REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ): COVID19 RELIEF FOOD
HOPE (Humanitarian Operations Projects and Emergencies), we are a humanitarian NGO committed to supporting emergency, humanitarian and development interventions that alleviate suffering.
In partnership with Prudential Assurance Uganda Limited, we are coming to the aid of approximately 6,000 vulnerable people in our community that have been impacted on by Covid-19, more especially the elderly people, orphaned households, pregnant women, street children and the disabled within Mbarara Municipality.
Prudential is providing HOPE with funding to provide these vulnerable people with food items including maize flour and beans in an effort to support their social and psychological well-being during the lockdown.
It is against this background that HOPE (Humanitarian Operations Projects and Emergencies) is seeking for quotations from reputable companies to supply us maize flour and beans as specified below.
